Desina Hair is currently configured to serve customers within the United States. Available delivery methods and rates are shown during checkout based on the store’s current shipping setup and the destination entered by the customer.
Orders are prepared before they are handed to the carrier. Once a shipment is created, available tracking information is sent to the customer using the contact information provided at checkout. Carrier scans can sometimes take time to update after a label is created.
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. If you notice an error, contact the store as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or carrier handoff has begun.
If tracking shows an unusual delay or another delivery problem, use the Contact page and include your order number. Carrier delays and delivery events outside the store’s control may require a carrier investigation before a resolution is available.
Please contact Desina Hair before sending any item back. Return eligibility depends on the product, condition, hygiene considerations and the circumstances of the order. The store will confirm whether a return can be accepted and provide the correct instructions before anything is mailed.
Where a return is approved, products should remain in the condition required by the store’s return instructions. Wigs and hair products are hygiene-sensitive, so worn, altered, cut, washed, chemically processed, heavily styled or otherwise changed items may not be eligible for return unless the store confirms otherwise for the specific situation.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact the store promptly with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. This helps the team review what happened and determine the appropriate next step.
